Most Web3 products do not fail on the contract; they fail on everything around it. Wallet connection that breaks on mobile, deposits that confuse first-time users, admin tools that cannot answer "where did this transfer go?" We work as a Web3 development agency that owns the whole surface: contracts, wallet flows, indexing, the app and the back office.
On Wager we wrote TON smart contracts in FunC for USDT and TON deposits and withdrawals, wired them into a Telegram mini app with TON Connect and shipped an admin panel that made operations 80% more efficient; 100,000+ players joined in the first month. For Sensay we built a MetaMask verification flow that works inside Telegram alongside TON wallets. For a crypto exchange aggregator we route swaps across partner exchanges and DeFi bridges without ever holding user funds.
We keep security boring on purpose: minimal contract surface, tested upgrade paths, external audits where the value at risk justifies them, and monitoring on every flow that moves money.
